What's the best PlayStation emulator?

I need help on how to install a Playstation Emulator?

For a while now, I have been trying to download a working "playstaion 1" emulator, but it haven't had any success. Can anyone please help me find a link for a "psone" emulator and instruct me on how to install it? Also, it would also help if I could also have a link to download games for the emulator. Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

The best emulator, other than the one Sony made as part of the ps3 firmware, is epsxe. Just google "epsxe download" and there it will be. Have fun. You must also get the ps1 bios dump for it to work. The only legal way to get a bios dump is to make one yourself from your own ps1. it will begin with SCPH and then some numbers. It's not legal to download but it is available. No, I won't tell you how to steal games.
