NHL 12 PS3 No commentary issues?

  • I have been playing NHL 12 in season mode and when I started game 4 I lost the commentary from Bill and Gary. I tried a reboot, power down and even deleted all the saved files. Now the commentary does not work in any mode from including play now. I have an HDMI cable from the PS3 to the TV. The cables works (tested) and all other games play fine. Any ideas?

    delete the game install and updates files , typically this issue is caused by a poor install or update being corrupted . look in the game data utility section of the xmb for the game . delete any files you see for the affected game , restart the game to reinstall any data from the disc and re-update it . also check the disc is clean and not scratched because a scratch or fingerprint can cause a failed install .
