Gamestop trade in value for a ps3 fat 160 gig?

  • I was wondering if anybody had any idea how much you can get for a 160 gig ps3 fat for trade in at gamestop I was just wondering if it would be smarter to sell it to them or sell it on ebay or craigslist. Thank you

Compared to selling it elsewhere such as eBay or amazon you would get majorly roped off with Gamestop. On amazon the 160gb fat Goes for $250+ http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/ol/B001ELI4S4/ref=aw_d_ol?qid=1307082253&vs=1&sr=8-3 Partially why it goes for so much is because unlike newer PS3's the original (fat) one has backwards compatibility for all past PS2 games while newer PS3's no longer have this, which is partially how they have been able to make them smaller. Just a random tip to consider incase you were wanting to sell yours in order to get a slim.

around here 60-75$ your much better off selling it yourself on cl then letting gamestop rip you off and sell it with a 240% markup
