Psn funds cannot be added?

When I try and add money to the psn wallet, I get an error message saying that funds could not be added. I haven't had this problem before.. Anyone know how to fix this? Anyone having the same problem?

This exact same thing happened to me.. My problem was for me that it was a number 6, not a b.. They look almost exactly the same.
