4.11 Ps3 update installation stuck on 99%, I need help!?

I downloaded the ps3 4.11 update about 2 days ago but the installation gets stuck on 99% everytime I turn the ps3 on, I tried to restart it multiple times but it just goes back to the installation screen everytime, I took out the HDD also and put it back in but again it just goes back to that installation screen again and gets stuck on 99%, the problem is the installation of it not the connection or the internet cause I already downloaded the update, it's just the installation and it getting stuck on 99%, help please! I just play my games!
