My netflix wont work on my PS3, why?

Just got internet today and i have a netflix account and PS3 account and i went to netflix.com and it said to sign into my PS3 network and go to whats new and then click on netflix, it says press X to install but it wont do anything. What is going on?

Answer:
Instead of selecting it from the What's New section, try going straight to the Video menu on the PS3 and install it from there.
