What is the problem with my PSP?

PSP Charger Base Problem?

• I try to plug in and recharge my PSP battery for a minute. After recharge (green LED light),I put my battery to my PSP system,I turn it on and it says,it not fully charge yet.I try to put my battery back in the charger base for a minute (red LED light) and when it green light,I take out my PSP battery and it says,it still not fully charge yet. I try other PSP battery and recharge it for a minute and minute later,my other PSP battery is not fully charger yet. I try replugin and charge (red LED light) and minute later the charger light (green) that mean it stop charging.I try my both battery into my PSP system and it still says,not fully charged yet. My PSP connector is not working,my PSP battery is fine now but my PSP charger base has a problem. Something wrong with my PSP charger base. Any to fix the problem? 10 points for best anwer.

  well you can wrap around the psp charger around the psp it will charge it this happened to me once and all i did was wrap the charger around the psp and it fully charges it
