How do i change my account into a yahoo.com from yahoo.com.au?

Is there any way to change the email address for your PSN account...?

• Well due to the PSN hacking and it forcing you to create a new password, if someone can't access their email address they used to sign up for it to confirm the change or change it, then is there a way they can change the email address associated with the account by using their old password before the hacking? And if you can't get into the PS3 account (because it won't let you in without a password update) and can't access your email (if an incorrect address was used), then is there a way to change the email address associated with the account? Or does it involve having to make a new account?
