Xbox connection problems?

Xbox connection ProBlems... can anyone help?

• Hey, so ive been having problems getting a good connection while playing mw3, and I need help. I used to almost always get a four bar connection (which is best possible) but lately I have been unable to play without having bad lag. I have changed my nat type to open but it didn't help, I'm not sure what I can do besides get a wired connection now. Anyone have any ideas or similar experience?

  Turn off all the other wireless connection devices. Ie. Laptops Ipods phones etc. After you turned them all off reset your router by turning it off wait 30 seconds to a minute before tuning it back on and make sure youf xbox is off during the whole thing. then when your router is ready (try giving it 5 minutes even though it only takes 30 seconds) turn your xbox on and connect and see how it works.
