How do I change my Windows Live ID password on xbox live?

So here's the thing. I need to change my e-mail on xbox live because the one it's connected to got hacked, and I went on my computer to change the password to something random so the person stopped sending money request scams to the world. Now I can't remember the gibberish password I set it as, and now I can't change my e-mail on xbox live. Is there a way to fix this?

On your Xbox dashboard, just go on account management and there you can simply change your email and password.
