Netflix wont work on Xbox 360?

Ok so heres the deal for some reason when i turn on Netflix it goes to the screen that has the Netflix title but then does nothing else it just stays like that. Please help me out soon i use to put on movies to help me sleep. :(

Restart your xbox, turn off your router and wait like 30 seconds and start it back up, or re-download the netflix app.
