Can i buy xbox live membership online in UAE?

I live in uae and have a connection with xbox live... i know i can buy the gold membership from some stores here but can i buy the memberships available online using mastercard as the region im using is USA and has some offers for new gold memberships or the only way to buy these is from the stores??
