How to fix XBOX 360 controller?

• I was playing MW3 yesterday, and whenever I run, or try to run it doesn't work. Even if I press down hard, I still can't run. This happened to my other controller too, last time, but I didn't know how to fix it. So I just used my other controller and now its broken as well. How do you fix this? Whenever I am playing, I can never run... its really irritating! Also, how do you fix the LB button? On my other controller (I have 3) that button is broken. Whenever I try to throw a grenade, I have to press really hard or else it won't work. It feels like its jammed, or like something's stuck in it. Does anyone know how to fix it? Or can any of you at least send me some links on how to fix it? Thanks!(=

  sounds like you need new analog sticks and bumpers. you can find replacement parts at modjunkiez.com the bumpers are usually a really easy fix just need to slide in a new set. I hope your good at soldering though because in order to replace analog sticks youll need to desolder and remove the triggers first just to be able to get at the analog stick leads for removal and replacement. which if you don't already have one you will also need a security bit to open your controller. hope this helps good luck!
