BUT this one xbox said it has built in wifi so would I still have to buy the Xbox 360 Wireless N Networking Adapter or not PLEASE ANSWER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

The new Xbox 360 has built in wifi capabilities, so you do not have to get a separate adapter with it. the adapters are only for the old big Xbox 360 models because they don't have wifi. Hope this helped.
