How to do i change the parent email address associated with my xbox live account?

im not trying to get rid of the parent thing (because i cant.), im just trying to change it to my email address (the "parent" email address is currently my friend's one..so im just trying to change it so she has nothing to do with my xbox account at all) help?

Answer:
You'll probably need her email and password. Otherwise it is hopeless since they'll most likely ask for that info.
