Why is my Xbox 360 scratching my disk?

Skyrim disk help xbox 360?

• I just got skyrim and i made the mistake of double stacking on top of another disk( to save space) but whare the disk snaps to the holder in the case its chipped away and little cracks are there on the ring around the holder that says xbox 360 no cracks are on the rest of the disk i am no longer keeping the disk in a case holder should i put glue in the chip will it still work i played it this morning it worked great is there somthing i can do?

  Game discs are pretty tough, not like glass where a crack will normally keep running off on you over time. If you're carefull with it the cracks should stay in the center ring. If you bend it though, the cracks can 'run' on you. Hope that helps.
