How Do I Fix My Bad Connection With XboX Live?

I have a Wireless Connection! The Router is just a few steps away... (2-4 meters i think) My Router is a D-Link Wireless N Home Router DIR-615 On my Laptop i have a very good connection but when i play games on the Xbox it's just one red line... so any help?

Try going into your router settings from your PC and forwarding the " Xbox live ports" to to your Xbox. More info can be found at http://support.xbox.com:80/en-US/xbox-live/connecting/network-ports-used-xbox-live

You also may want to reset your network connection settings on your xbox to "Reset to Default" then restart your xbox and re-enter your wireless password. Could be corrupted settings. Good luck.
