How do I set up Xbox Live on my Xbox 360?

I want to pay for my brothers xbox 360 live account as well as mine how do i set it up for both accounts?

  If you visit www.xbox.com , sign in with your live account then go on the "My Account" section, you should be able to add a payment option, simply add some sort of way to pay for live. There is no way to pay for two accounts at once unless you get the Family membership which gives you 4 accounts for £60 a year, if you chose to do this all accounts must be on the same Xbox to work. Alternatively just go to your local game store and buy membership codes from them.
