How do you create a playlist on xbox 360?

This is what xbox needs to do hire more developers under its belt and create nonkinect exclusives to xbox 360?

• even more than ps3 microsoft needs to relise psmove have also there exclusives aswell . they need to also put more arcade games in download than psn i'm paying 60 dollars a year for more on xbox they have to out release psn games on ps3 if there market is that big . (nonkinect games exclusivity should overwelm ps3 for the higher price tag and 60 bucks a year gold membership). ps3 is releasing more exclusives in all territories usa europe and japan from 2010 thru 2011 and obviously 2012 if microsoft just sits there not making more exclusives they have more money and more firepower but there not using it . i'm giving obvious to microsoft they can easily beat sony (they need to just try this year) in releasing more xbox arcade games . it's like this nes and ps2 had the most shitty games and they are ahead world wide because of it . (get it microsoft) alot of shitty games in the library but good games too. when the xbox 360 was ahead in 2008 by 7 million i guess they had the most shitty and good games they had left 4 dead series mass effect and gears two out of what i listed are now multiplat the obvious first 2 . they need to relise kinect games are'nt gonna do it for fans of 2012 like 2008 . they obviously had the upperhand in 2008 but let there exclusives go multiplat . if they ever wanna crush the compition they will have to make more developers under there belt epic games is still a great buy but if they'd made epic first party they'd no longer see another bullet storm on the ps3 then they's have more first person shooters . i heard epic is thinking of making a game for wii u (exclusive) there should be some smaller developers being bought too like sony buying littlebigplanet devs and the modnation to a few psn devs getting paid for some download exclusive and adding more devs every year in psn because paying them 25,000 dollars for one game in psn will keep the customers from leaving. microsoft needs to show the xbox arcade is also better in making more games even if they get shiity ones in the process more arcade games equals more customers also willing to buy a xbox 360 . it feels like real steal from the arcade was 4 months and still the game is in new releases
