How to play XBox 360 on a iMac?

Should 20 GB's of memory be enough to play these original xbox games on my xbox 360?

  • I have an Xbox 360, it's not the slim, just a normal 360. Today I went to the game store down the street and I was looking at xbox games, and I bought three original xbox games. I figured they would run on the 360 without extra things, since ps2 games run on ps3s, and gamecube games run on wii's and all of that other good stuff. So I got home and tried to play them, but the system told me that in order to play original xbox games i need an xbox 360 hard drive. The games I bought were: Midnight Club 3 Dub edition Lord of the Rings: The fellowship of the ring The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. Will gamestop's 20GB hard drive be enough? I don't need more memory for any other games, so unless I get more original xbox games, I shouldn't have any other games to fit on there. Also, will I need to purchase something extra to connect it to my 360?

    It will definatly be enough. I have a 3GB and i bought a 10GB hard drive and they work fine. Also it is enough to download apps, DLC, and other Xbox Live features. And no you don't need to purchase anything to connect the external hardrive to, there is a port on the side of the xbox where the side pannel comes off. This is for the XBOX Arcade or the XBOX Elite

yes 20 GB should cover ALOT of game saves, but if you want to download content for extra gameplay value that will be good for 1 or 2 dlc (sorry about grammer and spelling) and yes it will play the games you just cant sighn into xbl will your playing them.

20GBs is plenty of room. I used one for several years. The official hard drives have an emulator for the original Xbox which you need to play its games. In the future, always check the list of original Xbox games that are compatible with the 360 before buying them for it. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/xbox-games/play-original-games The only game of those 3 that can be played on the 360 is Morrowind. The other two will not work. -Also, you will need the backwards compatibility update from Xbox Live or from here http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=12129
