Why are so many Netflix videos unavailable?

Why are netflix videos not working on my xbox?

  • So I bought a used xbox off of someone and I bought a xbox live gold membership 3 month card.So I installed and been watching netflix the past week on my xbox and all of sudden yesterday it stopped working no videos will play it just the episode picture cover shows on screen and has a 7% in the middle with the circle around it it does this for every episode of every video I try to play nothing will work.Also when I created my xbox live account it automatically picked a name/gamertag for my live account which I thought was strange and when I go to netflix it says top picks for ronica who the heck is ronica??also new movies that I never watched keep showing up in the recently watched section of netflix which I think is kinda weird.But How do I fix this and get netflix videos to play they all just show the episode screen cover and the 7% with the cirle around it everythinG I try to play now does this until yesterday everything played fined how do I fix this???? anyone know??? I can still play games and other apps on xbox live fine so I know its not my internet connection whats up with this???

    I'm having the same problem.… There seems to be an issue with Netflix after the Xbox live dashboard was revamped and microsoft decided to overhaul the Netflix app. I'm sure by this point somebody had made this aware to Microsoft. But I'm really getting tired of waiting on M$ to acknowledge and fix TD problem.

I've had the same XBOX 360 for 5 years now, except for one red ring warranty repair, and I've never had a problem with it. Until now that is, I'm experiencing the same problem. My Netflix only downloads 7% and then goes black....WTF...it just started doing it this week too. If any knows a fix please post and I'll be sure to do the same. Is this what we get for sticking with Netflix after millions of users left?

Dude I've been having the same exact problem and its driving me crazy! Why am I paying for Netflix if I can't use it anymore?! Somebody please answer this question so I can see all the crazy action movies on my queue!
