I wouldn't do that even for iPad 2... it wasn't in the same league as Xbox 360 & MW3... you should trade it for Xbox 360 S or PS3, but not the item you mention ^ ^

Absolutely not! Xbox is ten times the worth of a crappy 3rd gen iPod. No way. Don't do it, it's not worth it. That's like trading a bar of gold for a bar of week old chocolate!
