Is it safe to buy used pc games off amazon?

Amazon.com Used xbox 360 4gb slim or buy a new new for $200?

    If you trust amazon then just buy a used one but if you buy a new one you'll be safer. You could be a game for 50$ as well and you get 1 month free Xbox Live regardless if the console is used or not you get 1 month free every time you create a new account .
