Non xbox live account data on memory card to xbox live account on new xbox 360 slim?

  • I recently purchased a new xbox 360 slim, signed up for xbox live and started playing. I would like to know if i will be able to transfer my data off of my memory card, which is in a non xbox live account, onto my new xbox 360 slim into my xbox live account and have all my game progress.

    if you were to transfer your non-live account and play it so the saves will appear in the HDD, then yes, but you cant play on the live profile and have the same data as the non live one.

No. Game saves can only be used on the profile that made them. You can turn the offline profile into an online one by signing into it on your 360 and then signing up for Live.
