How to hook up Xbox to an older TV?

How do I hook the following up together? (Xbox 360, Sound Bar, TV)?

• I have the following electronics that I want to hook up: - Xbox 360 (Not slim) - Sound Bar (No HDMI, just regular yellow, red, white connections 'iLive' brand) - LED TV (Has HDMI connections along with the yellow, red, white connections along with the blue green red connections) I have the following cables: - One HDMI - One Xbox gray cable with the green, blue, red connections along with the yellow, red, white connections How would I connect all three electronics together with the mentioned cables so I can receive sound through the sound bar when I'm playing my 360?   Im not sure but sound bars dont have the yellow and i think that you plug in the red and white cords into the tv in audio section (like the inputs for xbox but for the tv not video, input, ect)
