Hi, how does modded XBOX 360 get banned?

Xbox 360,PS3 or PC gaming(Xbox live for modded(hacked) xbox?

• So i have an Xbox 360.and will get a PC(core 2 quad,nvidia geforce 9800 gt,6 gb ram).I live in Armenia and i wanna know how to play online MW3 and battlefield 3 i want to play assassin's creed revelations in future too.There are 2 options 1.that if MW3 will work on my computer i will buy it from steam and will play online,but the problem is that how much time it will take to download it.My internet speed is like 3 Mbps.And will my PC run it. 2.my Xbox 360 is hacked(modded) but i read that i can play it on Xbox live if the game is original.so if i choose this option i will buy Xbox live membership and original games form eBay.but the cons are that i'm not sure if it(Xbox live) will work in my country(if u r sure that it wont do you if there is a way to make an account that will work here).And i want to be sure that i wont get banned(but i read a q&a that it wont if the game is original and if this is not true can i reset my Xbox 360 and get out of that hack like iPhone jailbreaking).So what is your opinion what should i do. Please help me and give me some advises.

  The xbox 360 + kinect bundle is a great product for the price. We're having a ton of fun with this and the technology is still hard to understand.. how does it work this well?! The video chat and hopefully addition of netflix (in the future) will make this a must own product. As I was playing these games with kinect I kept thinking in my head "if I was 8-12 years old my head would have exploded playing this..." Its a strange idea to think there will be kids out there thinking kinect is a standard in gaming, that this is where they started with gaming and technology.
