Could my hamster be pregnant?

• My hamster already gave birth once, and i have no idea if that means something or not lol...I kept all of the babies because i couldn't find proper homes, that is until a few weeks ago...They were 9 hamsters (including the parents) and i gave away all of the female hamsters (4 in total) except for the mother...The mother was always the "sweet" one and even fell asleep in my hand..During the first pregnancy, i didn't notice that she was even gonna have baby hamsters until one or two days before she gave birth..so now i'm asking, IS MY HAMSTER PREGNANT AGAIN??? Since she was used to me handling her, she was really calm..now she's kinda uncomfortable with me holding her, but I'm not sure if it's because she was used to fighting and living with the other hamsters, if she's just acting strange cause i didn't hold her much in the few months that the other hamsters or if she's just expecting again...Also, she is getting chunky lol, i gave the rest of the female hamsters away just a few days ago, almost a week and i'm noticing that he gets chunkier and chunkier every day, and she's not eating ALL the time....just normally......And, i haven't let one of the male hamsters near her, but one of my hamsters escaped and i haven't seen him in a few weeks =( and i even thought that maybe, he could have gotten in the cage,although that seems sort of impossible lol..but then again, i always get confused with all the hamsters and, maybe he escaped but from the wrong cage and i mixed him with the female hamsters.....IDK, I'm putting too much like, intrest in thins and i don't even think she's pregnant lol..... i read this article: http://www.ehow.com/how_2246578_recognize-hamster-pregnant.html But, i like asking for myself lol....if anyone could tell me what they thought i'd really appreciate it =)...   please do your hamsters a favour and give them to someone that cares about them and will not let them breed irresponsibly. Please. I don't say this to be mean but i think someone else could give them a better life especially if you haven't been handling them. they need love and attention.
