Facebook game application error?

I have recently designed a game application for Facebook, yet when I log on to facebook and try to create "new app" I receive this message. Your account must be verified before you can take this action. Please verify your account by adding your <a onclick="var newwindow = window.open("http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/… 'height=350, width=520, left=100, top=100, resizable=yes, scrollbars=no, toolbar=no, status=no');if (newwindow) { newwindow.focus();} else { alert("A pop-up blocker may be disabling the the mobile verification window.");}">Mobile phone</a> or <a href="https://secure.facebook.com/cards.… target="_blank">Credit/debit card</a>. Does anybody have any suggestions?

You will have to verify your account through the email you set it up with. or You will have to use a credit card to use it so they can make sure you are who you say you are. its for legal reasons.
