How do I download Facebook videos?

Facebook has changed and it doesn't have the option to download videos from it anymore. My friend posted a video of us and I wanted to download it, but I don't know how. Are there any safe sites that will download it for me? How? (Prefer sites that I dont have to download.)

Facebook upgraded their privacy policy very strictly, I can't even save my pictures of me and my friend to my computer.
