Why wont my facebook work?

  • Recently i have had many facebook problems to where its impossible to use facebook. 1. home page will only load my status' and my fan pages status' 2. when on my profile only info will load. Wall says "no recent posts" and goes blank 3. says i have no friends online or even in my facebook 4. wont let me see other peoples profiles (says they only share certian info with people) like as if we werent friends but they are still in my friends 5. wont let me update my status, write on walls, or even send messages through email or chat. 6. no matter what i click on, it goes to the home page (which is only my status stuff) 7. keeps saying my account is unavailible due to sight maintenence and that it will be back up and running shortly My account works fine on other computers though. I have a MacBook Pro with OSX and i use firefox. I have never had any problems like this before in the 2 years ive had my computer. Also i checked firewall and its not even on so its not that. any help would be much apreciated.

    The same exact thing is happening to me! It happened a few days ago, and I assumed facebook was just undergoing maintenance so I waited. A few hours later, it was fine. Now it's happening again and it's been that way for a good six hours. I haven't tried any other computers, but mine is new and has always worked fine in the past. I can empathize... it's so frustrating. I dunno how to fix it :(, but I thought you might want to know you're not the only one with this problem. I think Facebook is just unreliable.

OMG SAME WITH ME. like exactly. like wat the ****** crap? like my facebook loads then it has this thing like a bar says "welcome to facebook, amy" then the notifications..the stupid ****** news feed has none i say NONE of my friends on it and just groups and pages..and like 0 chat 0 friend list..and though on my pro like ppl commented and i click on their pro and it says it they only share certain info with people.. WAT. the. F.U.C.K? lol im so ****** mad rite now, nothings going good. i had the worst day ever and i cried in front on my school counsler, vice principle, school nurse, teachers, dad and you name it and confessed about the abuse from my mom and now they have to file custody ****** crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY WONT ANYTHIN GO GOOD IN MY DAY? WHY WONT MY FACEBOOK WORK? :( i just think ill cry
