Email confirmation on facebook?

Why wont facebook send me a confirmation email?

• I keep trying to sign up for facebook but they wont send me a confirmation email. Im 13 so im not too young or old to sign up. I know i typed in my email correctly, so why wont it send me an email? are there somethings in your email like under scores that makes in not work or something? Please help me. :)

  If you signed up with a school email address, it might be being blocked. If you signed up at home, have you checked your spam folder? It might have been routed into there. Edited to add: if it isn't in your spam folder and you're not trying to get an email sent to someplace blocked, you can fill out an online form at Facebook if you don't get a confirmation email.
