How can i hide my profile from being searched ??

i have made my profile in facebook recently. I want to add only selected friends of my in facebook so i don't want other to Trace me in fb. So i would like to know what's the privacy setting for that. i mean, people must not be able to search and find me by my name. people must be able to find me on fb only by my email id. Please help.

Yep, it possible to make profile unsearchable for people... Account > Privacy Settings > Apps and Websites > Public Search
