How do I get a free lead capture page online?

Cannot dislike a fan page on Facebook's third party likearea.net.. HELP!?

I have opted myself to eliminate all my fan pages on Face Book and for the least part have been pretty successful. Although, I came across one fan page that cannot be eliminated somehow? I clicked on the fan page and it lead me to a website called; likearea.net. It has no option to delete. I' am aware of the existence of third-party vendors, advertisers who work with sites such as Face Book, Google etc and gather personal information and cookies. If I had known about this particular fan page, I would have totally disregarded. clicking is almost an automatic thing I suppose? Anyway, the real question here is, is there a way to get this leech off my page?
