Why was my Facebook disabled?

Why was I disabled from FACEBOOK, If my ex hacked my page?

• Ok, So last week my ex and I got into. She got all upset because I told her I wanted to move on. She goes home and gets on my Facebook page. An started uploading random pix and talking to my cousins and co-workers. My aunt calls me to tell me that someone was on my page. I calls my ex because shes the only person that had my password. We argued, but the day after I try to login on Facebook an it said your account has been permanently disabled?! Is there anything I can do to get it back???? My name is Orlando Watford.   You need to report that the account was illegally used and they will send you stuff to reclaim it asking for more stuff from you. And the term hacked is only used for when someone wasn't given access to something and they gained access... you gave her the password and didn't change it in time, so it wasn't hacked.
