How do I download pictures from someonelse's profile on facebook to my computer?

I want to download some of my boyfriend's pics to my computer so I can get copies of them. When I try to get copies though, it always says the file is too small so it shows up fuzzy and blurry. Can someone help me with this?

If saving the picture directly from Facebook doesn't work, you could try taking screenshots of each one, and saving them with larger proportions, or a higher dpi. It's quite a bit more work, but it's usually effective.
