How do I make a group on Facebook?

How can I make my Facebook group linked to my website?

  • I have created a Facebook group (not my personal profile) and created a link to it on my website, but when I click the link it goes to the Facebook login page and does not display the group. I have made the group 'open'. Others have linked groups to their websites and when the link is clicked it displays the group page without having to login. How is this done? Thanks :-)

    You can only do the click-through link on a like page, not on a group.

A group cannot be viewed without signing in. So if you provide the link to a group it will ask the person to sign in. The best thing to do is to create a page instead of a group and then post the link to the page in your website. In this way people can see your Facebook page even without signing in.
