How do you block someone specifically from Facebook chat but not Facebook entirely?

Is it possible to block someone on facebook from using f-book chat?

the best way is to get urself offine. go to online frnds, then at the top of the left side, it says chat, click on that, and then it says chat offline. so u ll be offline even if ur online. means, no one can see u in the chatt window.

Yes. You can put them in a list and click the green icon next to that list in the chat box and anyone on that list wouldn't be able to tell if you're online

ya all you have to do is go into the little chat thing make a group of ppl you dont wanna talk to and click the green bubble it should turn gray and make u offline to them
