How do i tag people in a photo on facebook, but make it so that MY non-friends cant snoop in my album, but can?

see the photo that i tagged my friend in? i've seen it done. like one of my friends was tagged in a photo, and it says so on their wall, but the title of the album that contains that photo has no link, it just states the title. i can see the tagged photo, but can't go into the album. i know there's a way to do it since i've seen it (just the other day), but the friends only setting hides my friends tagged photo from everyone, and the friends of friends setting lets them look inside the album. help!
