Facebook homepage changed itself, can I get it back to normal?

when I log into facebook I have online friends on the left side underneath the news feed stuff, and notifications are at the top of the page near the facebook logo. it looks like this: i47.tiny*pic.com/ogvp08.jpg (remove * between tiny and pic) my siblings facebook still looks like it used to though. Can I reverse this?
