How do I change my YouTube display picture?

Facebook display picture won't change?

• It's been 3 days and everytime i make a status on facebook it dissapears and its not there on my wall. And everytime i upload a new facebook picture it sticks to my old one. I've deleted the picture but it's still there, when i press change the display picture part where you change it, it shows the one i want my new one. But if i go to my profile picture folder and try and change the one i want and some stuff says i have, it goes to crop it. and sometimes its not in my profile picture folder and sometimes it is. It's really bugging me because i really need to change it because it's me and my ex. PLEASE HELP!!
