Have you tried those virtual keyboards? http://www.gate2home.com/?language=hi has a link that lets you post to Facebook in Hindi. I haven't actually tried it but I have tried using Chinese or Turkish virtual keyboards and copy paste the text on facebook and it comes out in Chinese or Turkish text. Hope this helps.
