My facebook notifications arent working?

On my computer, it'll pop out with a notification, but then when I click on the notification bar, it doesn't show up... It's not showing me any of my notifications, and on the status I posted earlier, it's saying I have no likes or comments.. but I had 3 comments.. and 7 likes earlier when I checked!?!? and on my iPhone app for facebook it's doing the same thing. But when I use safari for facebook, all my notifications are showing up... WHAT IS GOING ON!?!!?

You properly have a very bad cookie on your computer! You should DE-frag your computer as soon as possible!
