How do I send a group message in facebook?

Why can't my sister add me to the facebook group she is a member in?

• Generally in facebook, we can add our friends to any group, but when my sister try to add me to the group she is a member in, she is not able to add me and her any other friends. The group don't allow people to add their friends. But as far as I know there is no such setting available in facebook group that prevents member from adding their frineds. Perhaps I send requst individually to join the group but it don't get approved since many days. I sent message to admin too. but no response. My profile pic and details are appropriate. The group is has more than 3000 members

  There are some groups, where only a few people have administrative rights. Only those people can invite others, or accept/reject others' request to join that group. Probably this group is one such group. You can wait for your request to be accepted or rejected. Or, if you know who has administrative rights, you can find their profile and then send them a friend request first. Then you can bring it to their notice that you have sent a request to join that group, but there is no action from the group admin regarding your request.
