How do I send a group message in facebook?

Regarding Facebook Open Group?

• Generally in facebook, we can add our friends to any group, but when my sister who is already a member try to add me & her other friends to the group, it just don't happen. The group don't allow members to add their friends. But as far as I know there is no such setting available in facebook group that prevents member from adding their frineds. Because of this, I then send requst individually to join the group but it don't get approved since many days. I sent message to admin too. but no response. My profile pic and details are appropriate. The group is has more than 3000 members. Usually such groups always intend to welcome more and more members so that their group have maximum members, but I dont understand why my request to join group is not approved yet. The admins are active too, I see their posts but they aren't paying attention to my request

  they don't have to add you if they don't want to but sometimes it takes time maybe you think they are active but probably not or maybe they just hit the ignore or don't accept button just send it again
