    I recently had my account disabled for posting "offensive" content. I still have absolutely no idea what was found to be offensive, so I contacted them, if I remember correctly the email is [email protected] , sorry if that's incorrect but I believe it to be right. I explained the situation in my email and argued my case in a polite manner. Within 30 hours my account had been reactivated along with an email from facebook saying my appeal against my account being disabled had been successful, they also apologised. My advice to you is to contact them, admit wrongdoing, apologise, guarantee you'll no longer add people at random. Basically the key points are to admit fault, explain the situation in a clear and polite manner, but don't beg. Initially you will get an automated response. You're then placed in a queue and you WILL eventually receive an email from an actual person at Facebook informing you of their decision. It could be anywhere between 24 hours to a week. If you add too many people on facebook or if you add random people you don't know, usually when they banned you, they don't "unbanned" you. So i would recommend getting a new account and adding back the people on your friends list that you did know. I would like those 20 points now!
