Whyy cant i log onto my facebook with my phone anymore?

i always log onto my facebook on my phone but then all of a sudden now i cant log on...after i enter my password and email it says "you must log in first"if it helps the last time i was actually on my facebook was on a home computer after that i was not able to get on my phone again...did i change some kind of settings?is there a settings change for that on facebook?please help me know why i am not able to log on my phone anymore...

Facebook use to change the mobile settings more often. Go to the mobile settings page on your Facebook and set it up again.
