Why cant my friends see a video Im tagged in on facebook?

so my brother madme a vid of me and him and he posted it on facebook and i can see it, and all of his friends can see it but none of my friends can see it on my wall? i changed my privacy settings so could it have something to do with my brothers privacy settings?
