How do i change my username in facebook?

In my 2nd account, i can change my facebook url/username but in my 1st account i cant change. why? help me. im not active on my second acount. :( im only active on my 1st account but i cant change my username. :( help me please! :) thanks!

Answer:
Go to account settings, then edit acount. look around and it should say change name, there ya go!
