But if you'd ask me what I'd BUY if I had the money- I would go for Nokia LUMIA 800: It's browser is windows internet explorer 9. Comes in almost HALF your price range, really. And it's 1.4GHz processor is not bad. Camera is good too, not like iPhone or N8, but serves the purpose! And windows market is growing so fast that it will soon outrun android! You should just get an Iphone. It has a bunch of apps. Like facebok,Google and games. If you are a gamer get free apps that have games.
