My laptop wont let me inbox anyone on facebook?

i went on facebook last night it let me inbox then about 1 hour after it wouldn't let me inbox anyone or reply to anyone, then my mate logged in facebook on my laptop and it wont let them inbox too, anyone know whats up with it? and can help me solve it? :/ thanks :)

its NOT your laptop !! mine wont let me either, and if u take a look at the facebook section in yahoo!answers, manyy other people cant send any messages either ! its bugging me cuz my bf sends me a lot of messages and there important ! ;(
